PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
At INDES, we have our own in-house design-engineering team in order to speed up the development process of new products or the customization of existing items. In making use of engineering and rendering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Keyshot as well as 3D-printing, we shorten the traditional development cycle significantly by helping customers to visualize products before any sample maker or factories are engaged. We also provide physical samples for our customers’ review and the bullet-proof finalization of the development process.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Our product managers have many years of experience in the direct-sourcing industry. Dealing with factories, products and serving international customers, finding lasting solutions to small and big problems is their daily business. Our teams are permanently on the ground. QUALITY MANAGEMENT
We pay great attention to product quality. Our team has long-term experience in supervising production processes, controlling product quality, and improving the final product. Based on automotive and machinery industry standards, we put in place a comprehensive quality management with clear product specification and a combination of Final Random Inspections (FRI) and During Production Inspections (DPI) to ensure the expected quality in raw material, individual components, and the finished product. This way we avoid quality problems early on.
PROCESS CONTROL
Our well trained staff follows the entire production process from beginning to end; raw material to finished product. We monitor each step of the process, advising for needed changes, solving issues if they occur and giving valuable input to factories.
